This coffee was not a planned order. We simply could not do without it, so we had to order some. Very limited inventory, but for those who have the ability to pull espresso shots this is the one to get before it runs out.

Artisanal Roasting
Artisanal means everything is done manually, in small quantities. Our coffee beans come from individual farms or small collectives, we roast by hand and we sort by hand. Everything is done slowly, carefully and controlled in order to deliver the very best coffee.
With our Artisanal coffee line, we roast to order. Your bag of coffee isn’t roasted until you order it and we don’t grind it until we are ready to send it off. There is no way to get fresher coffee unless you’re roasting your own.
Our prices are high because it can take up to an hour to roast and process enough coffee for the Big Brown Coffee Bag. As we grow, we plan to roast coffee in larger volumess, until then we are very limited with our production and our prices.
Every purchase made right now is helping us reinvest in machines and facilities that will lower our overall costs and raise our ability to roast more. We aim to deliver the coffee of your dreams because our dreams are brought to life through the coffee.
